Join us as Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nursing students from UW-Madison provide individualized screenings to determine your risk for falling and work with you to create an action plan to help you mitigate and reduce your fall risk in the future. Please arrive by 1:15.
