Vendors
Having a hard time finding good, reliable people to help you with home repairs? Are you putting things off because you aren't sure who to hire? Need help from people you can count on? With SAIL, you are always the customer and you are treated like one. To ensure your satisfaction, we extensively screen all potential vendors to ensure honesty, reliability, expertise, fair pricing and overall excellent customer relations. Most SAIL vendors are referred to us by members. Once a vendor is approved, they are required to attend a SAIL orientation session. If you receive services from a vendor, we follow up on a timely basis to make sure you are pleased. If you are not satisfied, we will act on your behalf to resolve any concerns.
Feel free to contact vendors directly using the vendor list in your Member Services Folder or call us and we will help arrange the services you request on an individual basis. Some members request that SAIL coordinate the work from start to finish, while others prefer minimal assistance, if any. As a bonus, you are welcome to ask the vendor to bill you through SAIL. There is no mark-up fee for this added service!
