  We extensively screen all potential vendors to ensure honesty, reliability, expertise, fair pricing, and overall positive customer relations. We also follow up to make sure you are pleased with the service. Plus, you are welcome to have the billing go through SAIL. The bottom line: we only choose vendors that we would allow in our own home.
  
  
• Monthly Newsletter Our newsletter, the SAIL Messenger, is published each month and mailed to your home or sent electronically via e-mail. The newsletter contains updates, events, and pertinent information for our members.
