SAIL - Support for Active Independent Lives is a vibrant non-profit membership organization of people 55+ who reside in the lovely Madison area. Falls Prevention Conference
in Madison Oct. 8th

Staying healthy and active is all about eliminating risks that threaten your independence. Balancing quality of life with safety is an important part of aging well. It’s also about literally, balancing ourselves, so we don’t suffer a fall-related injury, one of the main reasons seniors are admitted to nursing homes or similar facilities.

On October 8, be sure to attend a free workshop in Madison that brings together a variety of specialists who will discuss ways to avoid falls and the serious problems associated with them. This is a collaborative effort of SAIL, West Madison Senior Coalition and the Safe Communities Falls Prevention Task Force.
